Operations Center

Our Cedar Falls operations center on Viking Road is home to our operations offices and distribution facility, a 350,000 square-foot warehouse containing more than 11,000 food service products subdivided into refrigerated, dry and freezer categories. The center uses many of today’s top technologies to maximize efficiently and operational standards.

Our team at Martin Bros. supports a fill rate of 99.3 percent before substitutions. Additionally, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of food safety, which has enabled us to secure an “excellent” rating every year from ASI, an independent food safety-auditing firm. This puts us among the top performers in the food service and chef supplies industry.

Marketing Center

Our marketing center is also in Cedar Falls, on Chancellor Drive. This is where we brainstorm and develop new, inspiring ideas to support the business of all our food service partners. This facility includes sales management, marketing, merchandising and inside sales departments, and serves as a hub for sales professionals and nutrition services, convenience store, culinary and non-food solutions specialists. It also serves as a meeting space for customers and vendors as we work to provide the highest level of service possible.

Non-Food Solutions Center

The non-food solutions center on Viking Road in Cedar Falls contains non-food equipment solutions such as laundry, janitorial, dishwashing, beverage and supply products and equipment. It also has a training center where customers may witness demonstrations and enjoy learning opportunities. In-house specialists and service consultants are also available onsite to make sure all food service equipment and programs are effective and efficient. The center also serves as a hub for route service consultants and sales professionals who specialize in non-food solutions.
