4 oz    Sara Lee Hillshire Farm Endless Turkey Smoked Sausage (923690)
1/4 cup    Olive Oil
1 oz    Capital City Red Peppers (361251 or 361250), diced
1 oz    Bix Diced Green Peppers (380761)
2 oz    Bix Diced Red Onions (380381)
2 oz    Capital City Yellow Squash (361456 or 361455), diced
2 oz    Monterey Mushrooms (sliced)
1 oz    Shullsburg Italia Shredded Parmesan Cheese (900190)
3 oz    Wholesale or Capital City Cherry Tomatoes (362125 or 362120), halved
1/2 oz    Bix Basil (391000), chiffonade
1 each    Marzetti New York Wheat Breadsticks (996020)

In sauce pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil, sausage, peppers, onions, squash and mushrooms; cook until vegetables start to soften up; add pasta. Toss until pasta is up to serving temperature. Plate; top with tomatoes, parmesan and basil.
