Huevos Diablo (Spanish Deviled Eggs)

6 each Sunny Fresh Hard Cooked Eggs, cut lengthwise
1/4 cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Green onions, very finely chopped (361010)
1/4 tsp McCormick Dark Chili Powder
1/8 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp McCormick Black Pepper
1. Pop out (remove) egg yolks; place into a small bowl; mash with a fork. Add mayonnaise or salad dressing, Dijon mustard, chopped green onions, chili powder, salt and pepper; mix thoroughly.
2. Fill empty egg white shells with mixture.
3. Cover filled eggs lightly with plastic wrap; refrigerate for up to one day before serving.
4. Optional: May garnish with green onion, parsley and/or bell pepper strips.
