1. In a fry pan, combine 3/4 cup sugar and 2 - 4 tablespoons water. Heat over medium heat until sugar melts.
2. Add 1-1/2 - 2 cups walnuts.
3. Stir and cook over medium heat until sugar starts to caramelize, approximately 6-9 minutes.
4. Pour sugared walnuts onto a lined cookie sheet and toss around every couple of minutes until totally cooled.
