2 oz Ken’s Sweet Baby Ray’s Citrus Chipotle Barbecue Sauce 560630
2 oz The Fish Guys Mahi Mahi; cooked 375720
½ Cup Tropical Salsa
 

Tropical Salsa – 12 servings (1/2 cup each)

1 ½ Cups Mango 965220
1 Pineapple; small diced 377430
½ Cup Red Bell Pepper; small died 361251
½ Cup Red Onion; small diced 361110
¾ Cup Tomatoes; small diced 362012
¼ Cup Cilantro; chopped 360490
2 Teaspoons Salt 473160
¼ Cup Lime Juice 733101
1 Tablespoon McCormick Chili, Cumin & Garlic Seasoning 473231
 

Salsa

Toss all ingredients together; set aside.
 

Flatbread

Brush flatbread with barbecue sauce. Bake at 400°F for approximately 6-7 minutes or place under a broiler or salamander for approximately 3-4 minutes or until crust is hot and starts to crisp. Finish building flatbread with Mahi Mahi and Tropical Salsa.
