Argentine Chicken Skewers

3 cups Olive Oil
2 Tbsp McCormick Lawry’s® Touch of Sea Salt Roasted Garlic Seasoning
3/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
3/4 cup McCormick Perfect Pinch® Signature Seasoning, divided
18 each Perdue Harvestland® Chicken Breast, sliced 1 in thick
54 each Skewers
3 cups Parmesan Cheese
1. Combine oil, roasted garlic seasoning, red wine vinegar and half the Perfect Pinch® Signature Seasoning. Place chicken in this mixture and let marinate refrigerated for 2-24 hours. Meanwhile, submerge skewers in water and let sit.
2. Remove chicken from marinade and skewer.
3. Grill on medium high until thermometer reads an internal temperature of 165°F.
4. Remove from grill, sprinkle with mixture of parmesan cheese and remaining Perfect Pinch® Signature Seasoning.
