McCormick Lawry's® Wings & Things Mango Habanero Seasoning Mix (473461)

 

MANGO SALSA

2 cups Norpac Flav-R-Pac® Mango Bits & Pieces (965220)

1/2 cup Bix Diced Red Onion (380381)

1-2 each Capital City Jalapeño Pepper (361280), diced

2 Tbsp Mott’s ReàLime® Lime Juice (733100)

1/4 cup C.H. Robinson Cilantro (360490), chopped

1/2 cup Capital City Tomato (362012), diced

To taste Salt

To taste Pepper

 

Mix ingredients together. Chill for 2 hours before serving.

 

MUSHROOM GARLIC MASHED POTATOES

1 bag Basic American Potato Pearls® Excel® Original Recipe Mashed Potatoes (602590)

1 lb Butter, melted or soft

1-1/2 lb Monterey Medium White Mushrooms (360930), chopped, sautéed

1/2 cup C.H. Robinson Green Onions (361010), diced

3 Tbsp Chopped Garlic in Water (909021)

1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (430201)

 

 Prepare potatoes as directed, reducing water to 3-3/4 quarts. Fold in remaining ingredients.
