Pasta Alfredo with Vegetables & Sliced Pork Loin

8 oz Marzetti Precooked Rotini (984190)

6 oz Custom Culinary Gold Label Alfredo Sauce (942200)

4 oz Farmland Pork Loin Roast (910390), heated, sliced

As needed Roland Pomace Olive Oil (620390)

2 oz Monterey Medium White Mushrooms (360930), sliced

1/2 cup C.H. Robinson Broccoli Florets (360065)

1 cup (packed) Bix Spinach (361171)

1 oz Shredded Parmesan Cheese (900901; 900190)

1 oz Bix Diced Tomatoes (380248)

2 each Rotella’s Italian Breadsticks (987810)

 
PREP | 1. In a sauce pan over medium-high heat, sauté mushrooms and broccoli in olive oil for 2-3 minutes (longer if you are looking for a soft texture). Add spinach and continue to sauté for a few seconds. Add rotini and sauce. Heat through.
2. Plate pasta.
3. Top with pork, parmesan and tomatoes.
4. Serve with breadsticks.
