1 each Tyson Airline Chicken Breast (977580)

1/2 cup Wild Rice & Spinach Stuffing (see recipe)

As needed Roland Pomace Olive Oil (620390)

As needed McCormick Grill Mates® Montreal Chicken® Seasoning (472761)

1 cup Wholesale Small Red Potatoes (361975), washed, cut into large pieces

1 Tbsp Anchor Pure New Zealand Unsalted Butter (929750)

As needed McCormick Lawry’s® Pepper Supreme® Seasoning (473101)

1/2 cup Norpac Flav-R-Pac® Grande Classics® Riviera Blend Vegetables (963040)

As needed McCormick Classic Herb Seasoning (472731)

PREP | Preheat oven to 375°F. Stuff chicken with stuffing between the skin and breast. Rub chicken with olive oil and season with Montreal chicken seasoning. Oven roast chicken until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Simmer potatoes until tender, drain and add butter and pepper supreme seasoning. Steam vegetables until desired doneness and season with olive oil and classic herb seasoning. Build your plate.

Wild Rice & Spinach Stuffing

1 box Uncle Ben’s Long Grain & Wild Rice (460630), prepared

12 oz Bix Spinach (361170), rough chopped

1/4 cup Roland Pomace Olive Oil (620390)

PREP | Mix all ingredients together.
