5 oz JBS Beef Tenderloin (903030)
As needed Roland Pomace Olive Oil (620390)
As needed Salt
As needed Pepper
3 oz Ken’s Sweet Baby Ray’s® Sweet Teriyaki Wing Sauce & Glaze (561398)
3/4 cup Uncle Ben’s Whole Grain Brown Rice (460668), prepared
As needed McCormick Sesame Seeds (472642)
As needed Green Onions (361010), diced
4 oz Wholesale Asparagus (360050), trimmed
Trim tenderloin. Rub with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté to desired temperature. Slice. Toss beef with teriyaki. Plate beef on bed of rice. Top with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with steamed asparagus.
