4 oz — J&B Corned Beef Brisket (930640), prepared, sliced

1 each — Alp & Dell Swiss Cheese Slice (901880)

1 each — Alp & Dell Mild Cheddar Cheese Slice (901840)

As needed — Garlic Mayo (see recipe)

PREP | Build sandwich on bun with brisket and cheese slices. Melt cheeses. Add Garlic Mayo. Serve with a side of Mrs. Gerry’s Steakhouse Coleslaw (905708).

2 cups — Ventura Classic Gourmet® Select Extra Heavy Mayonnaise (630040)

2 Tbsp — Wholesale Minced Garlic (391021)

2 tsp — McCormick Lawry’s® Chili, Cumin & Garlic Santa Fe Style Seasoning (473231)

As needed — Salt

As needed — Pepper
