6-8 each High Liner Icelandic Scallops – 10-20 ct (925200)
As needed Kemps Buttermilk (904128)
As needed Kerry Golden Dipt Old South Fish Fry (347782)
2 oz Bay Valley Saucemaker Sweet Chili Sauce (430570)

Thaw scallops. Place buttermilk in a bowl; dip scallops in. Place Fish Fry in a separate bowl; bread buttermilk-dipped scallops. Deep fry until brown with opaque center. Serve with sauce.
