1-1 ½ qt Custom Culinary Chicken Base (500760 or 501760)
1 ½ cups Capital City Jumbo Yellow Onions, diced (361040)
2 cups C.H. Robinson Jumbo Carrots, diced (360330)
1 ½ cups Bush’s Best Black Beans, drained, rinsed (601010 or 601140)
1 ½ cups Norpac Flav-R-Pac Whole Kernel Super Sweet Corn (963310)
2 Tbsp Roland Pomace Olive Oil (620390)
1 Tbsp Wholesale Minced Garlic (391020)
2 tsp McCormick Ground Nutmeg (472391)
2 tsp McCormick Dill Weed (472301)
1-2 cups Kemps Heavy Whipping Cream (347225)

Sauté onions and carrots until onions are translucent; add garlic; continue to sauté another minute. Add pumpkin and chicken base; bring to a simmer; add remaining ingredients.


Garnish Suggestions

Toasted pumpkin seeds, parsley or a splash of heavy cream.
