12 each Sunny Fresh Hard Cooked Peeled Eggs (975288)
1/2 cup Ventura Classic Gourmet Extra Heavy Mayonnaise (631390)
1 Tbsp Heinz Yellow Mustard (551210 or 561250)
1 Tbsp Bay Valley Sweet Relish (610300)
12 each Aqua Star Tail Off Peeled & Deveined Shrimp – 21-25 ct (924430)
As needed Roland Nonpareille Capers (601151 or 605512)
As needed C.H. Robinson Parsley (361160)

Cook shrimp. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolk into a bowl; mash with fork; add mayonnaise, mustard, relish and any salt, pepper or McCormick Ground Cayenne Pepper (472571) to taste. Fill egg halves with mixture; top with shrimp, capers and parsley.
