Nachos with Homemade Salsa

4 oz Barrel O’ Fun Red, White & Blue Tortilla Chips (649500)
4 oz Land O’Lakes Extra Melt White American Cheese (900020)
3/4 cup Salsa

Place chips on oven-safe plate. Cover with cheese; melt in a hot oven or under a salamander. Cover with salsa.


1 qt Heinz Bell ‘Orto Salsa Style Diced Tomatoes (550650)
1 each Capital City Jalapeno Pepper (361280), diced
1/2 cup Bix Quality Cut Diced Red Onion (380381)
1 Tbsp Capital City Red Bell Pepper (361251; 361250), diced
1 Tbsp C.H. Robinson Taylor Farms Cilantro (360490), chopped
2 Tbsp Nestle Minor’s Cilantro Lime Flavor Concentrate (90399017)
1 Tbsp Nestle Minor’s Chipotle Flavor Concentrate (90360423)

Mix all ingredients. Let stand for 30-60 minutes.
