Herb Grilled Pork Loin & Veggies

4 each 4 oz Chops made from Farmland Pork Loin (910300)
1 Tbsp Nestle Minor’s Herb de Provence Flavor Concentrate (90360424)
1/4 cup Knouse Apple Cider Vinegar (640000)
1/4 cup Roland Pomace Olive Oil (620390)
1 each Capital City Zucchini (361451; 361450), sliced
1/2 each Capital City Red Bell Pepper (361251; 361250), julienned
1/4 lb Wholesale Asparagus (360050), trimmed
3 oz C.H. Robinson Taylor Farms Heritage Blend Lettuce (360676)

Mix oil, vinegar and concentrate to create a marinade for the pork and veggies.
Marinate pork for at least 2 hours; grill. Marinate veggies; saute; cool; toss with lettuce blend. Plate lettuce/veggies; top with pork. Serve with a side salad.
