Balsamic Honey Glazed Pork Chop Topped with Cippolini Onions

1 each Farmland DURoC Rack of Pork (934040), cut into 5 chops
1/2 cup Roland Balsamic Glaze (422190)
1/4 cup Honey
5-7 each Paris Brothers Cervasi Cippolini Onions in Balsamic Vinegar (601450)

Mix the balsamic glaze and honey together. Season the pork chop with salt and pepper. Place seasoned pork chop in a pan; pour half balsamic honey mixture over top; let stand under refrigeration for 15 minutes up to overnight. Grill pork chop until internal temperature reaches 140°F (as it rests, it will reach 145-150°F). While grilling, brush both sides of pork chop with remaining balsamic honey mixture. Slice onions; sauté in olive oil. Serve sautéed onions overtop pork chop.
