2 oz Farmland Smoke’NFast® Roasted & Seared Pork Shoulder (928620), pulled
2 oz Knouse Musselman’s® Apple Butter (750160)
1 oz Ventura Smokehouse 220® Applewood Smoked Bacon Barbecue Sauce (631810)
2 oz Capital City Medium Yellow Onion (361077), julienned, sautéed
1/2 each Wholesale Granny Smith Apple (370771), sliced
2 oz Feather Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (901028)
1. Mix apple butter and barbecue sauce together. Spread onto flatbread.
2. Top with remaining ingredients.
3. Bake at 425°F for approximately 7-10 minutes.
