Reuben Stuffed Potatoes

1 lb Tyson Hillshire Farm® Corned Beef Brisket (926040), finely chopped

2 cups Seneca Sauerkraut (603200), well drained

1/2 lb Shredded Swiss Cheese (903768)

15 each Lamb Weston MunchSkins® Potatoes (997580)

6 oz Ventura Classic Gourmet® Select Supreme Thousand Island Dressing (630150)

Preheat oven to 375°F. In a bowl, mix together corned beef, sauerkraut and cheese. Divide into 15 portions, filling each potato skin equally with the mixture. Bake in oven until hot and cheese is melted. Top with dressing.
