2 each Catallia Flour Tortillas – 6 in (949950)

2 each Monterey Portabella Mushroom Caps – 3.5 in (360908), sliced, sautéed

2 oz Bix Shredded Cabbage with Carrots (380268)

1/2 each Wholesale Avocado (375060), sliced

1 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese

2 oz ConAgra Rosarita® Salsa Picante (561200)

1/4 cup C.H. Robinson Cilantro (360490), chopped, divided

1 Tbsp Capital City Jalapeño (361280), seeded, chopped, divided

1 oz Shredded Mozzarella

5 oz Lamb Weston LW Private Reserve® Steak House Fries (960900)

Build tacos with first eight ingredients, reserving some cilantro and jalapeño for the fries, and topping with an extra sprinkle of shredded mozzarella, if desired. Plate fries with remaining cilantro and jalapeño and finish with mozzarella.
