Heat/cook ribeye to desired doneness from rare.
Sundried Tomato Pesto
2 oz Custom Culinary Gold Label Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce (953720)
4 oz Bix Cauliflower Buds (360365)
As needed Roland Pomace Olive Oil (620390)
5 oz Lamb Weston Alexia® Oven Roasted Potato Medley (992570)
1 each Marzetti Sister Schubert’s® Yeast Dinner Roll (993800)
Toss cauliflower with olive oil; place on baking sheet; roast at 375°F until starts to brown and is heated through. Cook potato medley as directed. Serve with dinner roll.
