1 each Rotella’s Onion Kaiser Bun – 4 in (987110)

1 each Monterey Portabella Mushroom Cap – 5 in (360901)

2 each Roth Swiss Cheese Slices (901880)

2 oz Onions, caramelized

1 each Lettuce, leaf

2 each Tomato, slices

5 oz Lamb Weston Lamb’s Supreme® Tater Puffs® (960750), prepared

1 oz French’s Frank’s RedHot® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce (560480)

2 oz Ventura Classic Gourmet® Select New York Style Blue Cheese Dressing (638200)


Cook mushroom cap, brushing with olive oil and seasoning as desired. Season and cook burger as desired. Melt cheese on burger. Toast bun if desired. Build burger from the bottom up – bottom bun, lettuce, tomato, mushroom, burger with cheese, caramelized onions and top bun. Toss tater puffs in buffalo wings sauce before plating. Serve with a side of blue cheese dressing.
