Ultimate Cheeseburger with Garlic Mayo

1 each Valley Meats Ultimate Burger Patty – 8 oz (913690)

1 each Rotella’s Split Top Sourdough Bun – 4 in (987370)

1 oz Custom Culinary Gold Label Pale Ale Cheese Sauce (953710), heated

1 each Land O’Lakes Cheddar Cheese Slices (900000)

1 each Roth Gouda Cheese Slices (909040)

1 each Lettuce, leaf

2 each Tomato, slices

4 each Red Onion, slices

1 oz Garlic mayo (see recipe)

5 oz McCain Brew City® Thick Cut Onion Rings (961278), prepared


Season and cook burger as desired. Melt cheese slices on burger. Toast bun if desired. Build burger from the bottom up – bottom bun, lettuce, tomato, onion, burger with melted cheese slices, cheese sauce, garlic mayo and top bun. Serve with onion rings.

1 Tbsp Custom Culinary Master’s Touch® Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate (500041)

1 tsp Lemon Juice
