Airline Chicken With Mushrooms & Onions

1 each Tyson Airline Chicken Breast (977580)

As needed Roland Pomace Olive Oil (620390)

As needed McCormick Grill Mates® Montreal Chicken® Seasoning (472761)

3/4 cup Lamb Weston Lamb’s Supreme® Skin-On Butter Mashed Potatoes (966830)

1/2 cup Norpac Flav-R-Pac® Grande Classics® Key West Blend Vegetables (962870)

As needed McCormick Classic Herb Seasoning (472731)

1/2 cup Monterey Medium White Button Mushrooms (360930), cut in halves

1/4 cup Capital City Medium Yellow Onions (361077), diced

2 Tbsp Roland Balsamic Vinegar (422110)

PREP | Preheat oven to 375°F. Rub chicken with olive oil and season with Montreal chicken seasoning. Oven roast chicken until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Prepare potatoes as directed. Steam vegetables until desired doneness and season with olive oil and classic herb seasoning. Sauté mushrooms and onions in olive oil until tender; add balsamic vinegar and simmer for a few more minutes. Build your plate.
