As needed McCormick Fajita Marinade & Seasoning (472681)

As needed Roland Pomace Olive Oil (620390)

1/2 cup Norpac Flav-R-Pac® Flame Roasted Seasoned Onion & Pepper Blend (909620)

4 each Catallia Pressed Four Tortilla – 6 in (949950)

2 oz Cookie’s Mild Premium Salsa (561130)

2 oz Kemps Sour Cream (900540)

2 oz Guacamole

1/2 cup Uncle Ben’s Spanish Rice (460680), prepared

1/2 cup Basic American Santiago® Excel® Smooth Refried Beans (600030), prepared

1/2 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese (900861)

As needed Wholesale Lime (376212), wedges

As needed Cilantro (360490)


On a flat top or hot skillet, sauté beef with seasoning and olive oil until almost cooked to desired temperature. Add vegetable blend. Cook through. Plate. Warm tortillas. Add to plate. Serve with sides of salsa, sour cream, guacamole, rice and beans topped with cheese. Garnish with lime and cilantro.
