Roasted Beef Tender with Bourbon Bacon Butter

6 oz JBS Beef Tenderloin (903030)

As needed Roland Pomace Olive Oil (620390)

As needed McCormick Grill Mates® Montreal Steak® Seasoning (471181)

5 oz McCain Sea Salt & Black Pepper Seasoned Tots (955990), prepared

1/2 cup Norpac Flav-R-Pac® Grande Classics® Pacific Blend Vegetables (962700), prepared

As needed McCormick Grill Mates® Vegetable Seasoning (470201)

As needed Bourbon Bacon Butter (see recipe)


Trim tenderloin. Rub with olive oil. Season with Montreal seasoning. Roast until internal temperature reaches 125°F. Let rest 10-15 minutes before slicing. Top beef with a slice of Bourbon Bacon Butter. Serve with tots and vegetables seasoned with vegetable seasoning.


Boubon Bacon Butter

Yield | 12

1/2 lb Anchor Pure New Zealand Unsalted Butter (929750), room temperature

1-2 Tbsp Bourbon

2 Tbsp Honey (757300)

1/2 cup Smithfield Farmland Gold Medal Double Smoked Bacon Strip – 14/18 (929160), cooked, chopped

1 Tbsp Green Onions (361010), chopped

1 tsp Pepper


Mix all ingredients together. Roll onto plastic wrap, forming into a tube and refrigerating for at least one hour before serving.
