GRILLED PORK SANDWICH

1 each — Smithfield Farmland Pork Collar (956310), sliced into 1/2 in chops

As needed — McCormick Traditional Seasoned Salt (472771)

3-4 each — Vie de France French Mini Alpine Roll (992590)

PREP | Season sliced chops and grill to 145°F. Brown rolls, slice.

YIELD | 3-4

 

YOGURT SAUCE

1 cup — Chobani Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt (905580)

1 cup — Knouse Lucky Leaf® Applesauce (750028)

2 Tbsp — Sugar

1 tsp — McCormick Ground Cinnamon (472248)

1 tsp — Vanilla

PREP | Mix all ingredients together.

YIELD | 8

 

PARMESAN CHIPS

1 lb — Lamb Weston Lamb’s House Cuts® Natural Skin-On Chips (965130), prepared

1/4 cup — Schreiber Grated Parmesan Cheese (430201)

2-3 tsp — McCormick Garlic Salt (472361)

2 tsp — Pepper

PREP | Toss freshly prepared chips with Parmesan, garlic salt and pepper.

YIELD | 6-8

 

TO FINISH | Place 1-2 chops (approximately 6-7 ounces) on roll. Drizzle with yogurt sauce. Serve with chips.
