Prime Sirloin Steak Sandwich with Whiskey Cheese & Garlic Aioli

1 each — MBS Master Cut Prime Sirloin Tip Steak (936232)

As needed — Salt

As needed — Pepper

As needed — Wholesale Red Onion (361112), thick sliced

As needed — Roland Pomace Olive Oil (620390)

1/3-1/4 each — Vie de France French Batard Loaf (987820)

1 oz — Fortune Beehive Whiskey Cheese (389296)

2 oz — Simple Garlic Aioli (see recipe)

5 oz — Lamb Weston Colossal Crisp® Regular Cut Fries (942080), prepared

PREP | Season steak with salt and pepper; grill to customer’s liking; rest and slice into strips. Brush onion with olive oil; grill until starts to brown and caramelize. Brown batard; slice. Place steak strips on batard, top with cheese and onion and spread on garlic aioli. Serve with fries.



1 cup — Ventura Classic Gourmet® Select Extra Heavy Mayonnaise (630040)

2 Tbsp — Wholesale Minced Garlic (391021)

1 tsp — Mott’s ReaLime® Lime Juice (733100)

As needed — Salt

As needed — Pepper
