2 oz — Ventura Sauce Craft™ Garlic Parmesan Sauce (400730)

1-1/2 oz — Fortune Beemster Premium Goat Cheese (381612), sliced

3/4 oz — Bix Arugula (360588)

1 oz — Smithfield Carando® Sliced Prosciutto (955340), cut smaller

2 oz — Blue Cheese Crumbles (903758)

As needed — Roland Pomace Olive Oil (620390)

PREP | Preheat oven to 425°F. Brush flatbread with sauce. Top with goat cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, approximately 6-8 minutes. Top with arugula, prosciutto and blue cheese. Drizzle with olive oil.
