PREP | Build kabobs using whatever variety of ingredients desired. Cook on a grill or flat top until chicken and/or shrimp is done. For the chicken and sausage, halfway through and at the end of cooking, brush with a sauce or marinade. For the shrimp, at the end of cooking, season with a sauce or seasoning.
