20 oz — Custom Culinary Gold Label Crème Anglaise Sauce (958840)

2 Tbsp — Wholesale Lemon (376111) Juice

1-2 tsp — Wholesale Lemon (376111) Zest

As needed — Sugar

As needed — Fresh Berries

PREP | In a sauce pan, slightly heat sauce. Add lemon juice and lemon zest. Pour into ramekins. Chill for 2-4 hours. Sprinkle sugar on top and caramelize with a torch. Top with berries and more lemon zest.
