Chicken & Avocado with Baguette

1 each —Perdue Harvestland® Marinated Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Filet – 5 oz (979148)

As needed —Mustard Marinade (see recipe)

1 each —Capital City Hass Avocado (375060), large diced

1-1/2 Tbsp —Bix Diced Tomato (380248)

1-1/2 Tbsp —Bix Diced Yellow Onion (380718)

1 Tbsp —Kraft Heinz Distilled White Vinegar (640031)

2 Tbsp —Roland Pomace Olive Oil (620390)

3-4 slices —Rise French Baguette (908780), toasted

PREP | Rub Mustard Marinade onto chicken; let marinate in fridge for 1-2 hours. Cook chicken; slice. Gently mix avocado, tomato and onion with vinegar and olive oil and serve on the side. Also serve with toasted baguette.

 

MUSTARD MARINADE

1/4 cup —Kraft Heinz Yellow Mustard (561250)

1 tsp —Wholesale Minced Garlic (391021)

1 tsp —Parsley (361163), chopped

3/4 tsp —Custom Culinary Master’s Touch® Chicken Base (501610)

1/2 tsp —McCormick Onion Powder (472431)

1/4 tsp —McCormick Ground Cayenne Pepper (472571)

PREP | Mix all ingredients together.
