Korean Osso Bucco with Broccoli Kimchi

4 each — Smithfield Farmland® Pork Osso Buco (918250)

8 oz — Ventura Sauce Craft™ Gochujang Korean Pepper Sauce (400720)

As needed — Broccoli Kimchi (see recipe)

As needed — Green Onion (361010), diced

PREP | Preheat oven to 350°F. Place osso buco standing up into a 2-inch steam table pan. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Pull from oven and glaze with half of the sauce. Return to the oven and continue to cook. Pull from oven a second time and glaze with remaining sauce. Return to oven and continue to cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Plate with Broccoli Kimchi. Garnish with green onion.




2 lb — Bix Broccoli Slaw (380190)

5 oz — Custom Culinary Passport Global Flavors™ Kimchi Prep (90703131)

16 oz — Water

PREP | Mix water and kimchi prep together until dissolved. Pour over broccoli slaw. Toss together. Place in cooler. Let sit for at least 1 hour before serving.
