Jamie Schadt, Martin Bros. District Sales Representative, Named AFDR DSR of the Month

Jamie Schadt, a District Sales Representative (DSR) for Martin Bros. Distributing Co., Inc., was named the Association for Foodservice Distributor Representatives (AFDR) DSR of the Month for June 2018.

The AFDR DSR of the Month is awarded to food service DSRs who are recognized by customers for providing outstanding service, known by co-workers as team players and selected by the AFDR Nominating Committee after a review of nominations as well as interviews. The AFDR is the only national professional association for food service DSRs, marketing associates and territory managers.

Schadt has been a DSR for 16 years, ever since graduating from college. She brought with her operator experience as a bartender and waiter, jobs she held while attending college. Her current success includes an annual volume of about $15 million, with about 60 active accounts and anywhere from 60 line items per stop to 200 for her bigger accounts like the University of Iowa.
