Roasted Cauliflower

Whole Cauliflower Roasting

1. Start with Fresh Cauliflower (360360 – 12/head; 360362 – 4/head).
2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
3. Clean cauliflower by trimming all leaves and rinsing the head under cold water.
4. Place the head on a baking sheet stem side down; if it doesn’t sit flat, trim the base.
5. Brush with olive oil.
6. Season with salt, pepper and McCormick seasoning of choice.
7. Roast uncovered for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until tender and browned.


Cauliflower Floret Roasting

1. Start with Fresh Cauliflower (360360 – 12/head; 360362 – 4/head).
2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
3. Clean cauliflower by trimming all leaves and rinsing the head under cold water.
4. Cut head into florets.
5. Put florets in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and McCormick seasoning of choice. Toss to coat.
6. Pour coated florets onto a baking sheet.
7. Roast uncovered for 30-40 minutes or until tender and browned.
