2 oz Custom Culinary Whisk & Serve Hollandaise Sauce Mix (501800), prepared

Preparation & Cooking

Slack out crab cake, press with your hands to make a patty and pan fry until browned; flip and continue to cook until done. Serve on bun topped with an egg and Hollandaise sauce.
