1 pkg Golden Grill® Hashbrown Potatoes, prepared
2 gal Scrambled eggs
62 each Breakfast sausage patties (3 oz) cooked
16 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1. Prepare Golden Grill® Hashbrown Potatoes according to package directions.
2. Portion out scrambled eggs in 1⁄2-cup piles on a parchment lined sheet pan. Top with 1⁄4-cup shredded cheese and bake at 350ºF until cheese is melted. Hold warm for service.
3. To serve, place 1⁄2-cup cooled hashbrowns on serving plate and top with sausage patty and scrambled eggs.
