3 oz Wayne Farms Platinum Harvest Boneless Skinless Marinated Chicken Breast (977440)
As needed Salt
As needed Pepper
6 each Wholesale Asparagus Spears (360050; 360090)
2 each Crepe Shells (955010), warmed
3 oz General Mills Yoplait ParfaitPro Low Fat Strawberry Yogurt (904750), warmed
1/2 cup Fruit Mix (965260)

Season chicken with salt and pepper; grill until cooked to 165°F; thinly slice. Grill
or steam asparagus. Fill warmed crepes with chicken and asparagus; roll, handling
gently. Drizzle warmed yogurt over crepes. Serve with side of fruit mix.
