Honey Bourbon Seasoned BBQ Pork Sandwich

5 oz Hormel Always Tender Boneless Pork Butts (922260)
As needed Lyons Apple Juice (734408)
As needed Knouse Musselman’s Apple Cider Vinegar (640000)
As needed McCormick Lawry’s Chili, Cumin & Garlic Santa Fe Style Seasoning (473231)
As needed McCormick Lawry’s Memphis Style Barbecue Rub (470001)
1 each Rotella’s White Wheat Sliced Hamburger Bun (991760)
2 oz Ventura Smokehouse 220 Honey Bourbon Barbecue Sauce (631820)

Soak pork in a mixture of apple juice and apple cider vinegar overnight. Make a 50/50 blend of the seasoning and rub. Drain liquid from pork. Rub pork with seasoning mixture. Roast or smoke pork until fork tender. Remove fat and pull meat. Build sandwich with pork and BBQ sauce on bun. Serve with two sides.
