1-1/2 lb Butter, melted
3/4 cup McCormick Old Bay® Seasoning
6 Tbsp Lemon Juice
144 each Perdue Chef Redi® Medium Steamed Chicken Wings
1. Combine melted butter with seasoning and lemon juice. Set aside.
2. In 350°F preheated fryer, fry wings until golden brown and thermometer reads an internal temperature of 165°F.
3. Toss wings in mixture to finish.
