Glazed Bourbon Mustard Ham

Bourbon Mustard Glaze
16 oz Pure Honey (757300)
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Bourbon
1/2 cup Lyons Orange Juice (734418)
1/4 cup Roland Dijon Mustard (562101; 560201)
1. Combine ingredients in a sauce pan, stirring until well blended. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Lower heat and continue to simmer for 3-5 minutes.
2. While baking ham: Approximately 45 minutes before the ham is finished, remove the cover and glaze with part of the sauce. (Reserve some sauce for serving.) Then, continue to bake uncovered. Glaze a second time after 15 minutes and a third time after another 15 minutes.
3. Serve baked ham with reserved sauce.
