1 each Marzetti Spaghetti Nest (984280), cooked

2 Tbsp Roland Pomace Olive Oil (620390)

1/4 cup Wholesale Broccoli (360062), chopped

1/4 cup Monterey Medium White Mushrooms (360930), sliced

1/4 cup Capital City Yellow Squash (361456), diced

1/4 cup Capital City Zucchini Squash (361451), diced

1/8 cup Capital City Red Bell Pepper (361251), diced

1/8 cup C.H. Robinson Carrots (360280), bias cut

1/4 cup Chicken Stock, made with Custom Culinary Gold Label Savory Roasted® Chicken Base (500850)

1/3 cup Anchor Chef’s Heavy Cream (929770)

1 tsp Wholesale Minced Garlic (391020)

PREP | In a large sauté pan over mediumhigh heat, add olive oil and vegetables; sauté until tender crisp. Add spaghetti and turkey; continue to cook. Add chicken stock, cream and garlic. Adjust with more chicken stock or cream as needed. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with parmesan cheese and sliced green onions, if desired.
