Beer Battered Rockfish with Feta & Balsamic-Glazed Chips

3 each Trident Pubhouse® Battered Rockfish – 1-2 oz (938030)

2 oz Ventura Classic Gourmet® Select Tartar Sauce (630060)

2 slices Wholesale Lemon (376111)



3 oz Lamb Weston House Cuts® Chips (965130)

As needed McCormick Lawry’s® Garlic Pepper Seasoning (470181)

2-1/2 oz Balsamic Glaze (see recipe)

1 oz Stella Crumbled Feta Cheese (905848)

Cook chips as directed. Season with Lawry’s®. Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze. Sprinkle with feta cheese.


Balsamic Glaze

2 cups Roland Balsamic Vinegar (600880)

1/2 cup Sugar

In a sauce pan over medium heat, combine vinegar and sugar. Bring to a simmer, and reduce by half.
