Maple Orange Glazed Salmon

1 each Fish Guys Atlantic Salmon – 3-4 lb (378110)

As needed Roland Pomace Olive Oil (620390)

As needed McCormick Grill Mates® Brown Sugar Bourbon Seasoning (470051)

As needed Maple Orange Glaze (see recipe)

Place salmon on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil and season. Bake at 350°F. Start glazing with Maple Orange Glaze about halfway through cooking (about 10 minutes), then again 3/4 of the way through and then again when done and pulled from oven. Glaze should be a little tacky to the touch. Garnish with sliced, grilled oranges and lemons if desired. 


Maple Orange Glaze

1 cup Lyons Maple Syrup (770470)

1 cup Lyons Orange Juice (734418)

1/4 cup Roland Balsamic Vinegar (422110)

2 tsp Wholesale Ginger (391014), grated

2 tsp Wholesale Orange (376541), rind, grated

Place maple syrup, orange juice and balsamic vinegar in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce to a low simmer and reduce by half. Add grated ginger and grated orange rind.
