Spicy Shrimp Alfredo

8 oz AIPC R&F® Rotini Pasta (480680)

As needed Roland Pomace Olive Oil (620390)

5-6 each Aqua Star Tail-Off Peeled & Deveined Shrimp – 16-20 (924410)

1 oz Bix Spinach (361170)

2 oz Monterey Medium White Mushrooms (360930), sliced

6 oz Heinz Alfredo Sauce (943480)

As needed McCormick Ground Cayenne Pepper (472571)

As needed Black Pepper

1. Prepare pasta. 2. Mix together Alfredo sauce and cayenne and black peppers. 3. In a sauté pan over medium heat, sauté sliced mushrooms with olive oil until almost tender. Add spinach and shrimp. Continue to cook until spinach is wilted and shrimp are cooked. Add prepared pasta and sauce. Cook until heated through. 4. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese if desired. 5. Serve with a side salad and Tyson Bosco’s® Cheese Breadstick(s) (985438).
