Italian Roast with Pasta

4 oz Hillshire Farm Choice Beef Pot Roast – Fully Cooked (910780), heated, pulled apart

6 oz AIPC R&F® Spaghetti Pasta (480680), prepared

As needed Roland Pomace Olive Oil (620390)

As needed Red Wine

As needed McCormick Italian Seasoning (472721)

3 oz Monterey Medium White Mushrooms (360930), sliced

1 oz Capital City Yellow Onions (361077), sliced

6 each Roland Quartered Artichoke Hearts (601340)

4 oz ConAgra Angela Mia® Stewed Tomatoes (551190)

In a large sauté pan over medium heat, sauté sliced mushrooms and onions with olive oil until they start becoming tender. Add pasta, red wine and seasoning. Continue to cook, adding artichoke hearts and stewed tomatoes. Top with pot roast. Finish with more seasoning and garnish if desired. Serve with Tyson Bosco’s® Cheese Breadstick(s) (985438).
