Prime Rib with Bacon Onion Whiskey Cream Sauce

12 oz Hillshire Farm Choice Lip-On Beef Ribeye – Fully Cooked (910600)
Heat/cook ribeye to desired doneness from rare.
Bacon Onion Whiskey Cream Sauce
1 cup Custom Culinary Gold Label Bacon Onion Marmalade (953730)
1 oz Whiskey 4 oz Anchor Cooking Cream (929780)
Place marmalade in a sauté pan over medium heat. Heat to a simmer. Add whiskey. Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes. Add cream. Continue to cook until sauce is hot and all ingredients are blended together.
6 oz Nestle Stouffer’s® Traditional Macaroni & Cheese (940560)
4 oz Norpac Flav-R-Pac® Premium Extra Fine Green Beans (961740)
As needed Roland Pomace Olive Oil (620390)
As needed McCormick Grill Mates® Vegetable Seasoning (470201)
Heat macaroni and cheese as directed. Sauté green beans with olive oil; season.
