Italian Brat with Pasta & Peppers

1 each Sheboygan Italian Sausage – 4x1 (938960)

6 oz AIPC R&F Rotini Pasta (480680)

4 oz Heinz Spaghetti Sauce (550280)

2 oz Green Pepper, cut into strips

2 oz Red Pepper, cut into strips

1 oz Onion, cut into strips

1/2 cup Mushrooms, sliced

1 oz Shredded Parmesan Cheese


Sauté sliced mushrooms and onion and pepper strips. Prepare pasta and warm sauce; mix together. Grill brat and slice. Plate pasta with sauce, sliced brat and sautéed mushrooms, onion and pepper. Top with parmesan. Serve with a tossed salad and garlic bread.
